    Mô tả công việc:
    • Conduct sales calls to all existing and new clients to increase awareness and establish supportive business relationships.
    • Identify and seek out prospective clientele within the sales area, which may have potential usage of the resort including accommodation and function facilities.
    • Negotiate and propose adequate pricing to maximize profitability in consideration of sales strategy goals.
    • Develop and put into practice the most effective sales activity and service for each account.
    • Prepare reports on sales activities and sales calls.
    • Analyze and evaluate sales and marketing data. Discuss and establish strategies that will maximize the effectiveness of each activity.
    • Liaise closely with other departments to co-ordinate customer requests / requirements and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
    • Participate in sales trade shows conventions and promotional events within the industry.
    • Participate in sales activities including sales trips, both individually and in conjunction with the sales team.
    • Escort existing and potential clients on site inspections to familiarize them with the product.
    • Entertain clients in order to nurture the relationship and increase sales.
    • Enhance awareness by providing product knowledge and promote special offers and information.
    • Project a high profile both within the hotel and within the industry, ensure all aspects related to presentation and grooming is representative of the Resort.
    Yêu cầu công việc:
    • Minimum 4 years sales experience in hospitality.
    • Profound knowledge of the travel industry in Vietnam
    • Diverse range of exciting contacts with domestic and inbound travel companies.
    • Bachelor degree in Tourism or relevant qualification.
    • Good command in both speaking and writing in English.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Good presentation and public speaking skills
    • Good in planning, organizing and co-ordination.
    • Showing strong initiative and creative skills.
